Vintage Design
The editor Thonet leaves us here a super original chair which was designed to last!
Its design of course reminds us of Saarinen’s productions for Knoll, a style inspired by the Bauhaus, in transition to the 50s and 60s.
This armchair has many small traces of use, but its charm always operates. It is completely functional and comfortable.
Bordeaux imitation leather is certainly worn out in places but it is so robust that it is still ready to spend the next 50 years!
Chrome metal base is fairly well preserved and remains very shiny. The armchair is quite heavy and very stable despite fairly worn pads.
In an office, a living room or at the end of the table, this armchair will perfectly accommodate a contemporary decoration or an interior that likes authentic and old objects.
It is labeled by the manufacturer below.
