Vintage Design

Lacquered work table, in blackened wood decorated with Indochinese scenes, from the Napoleon III period.
This worker adorned with gilding forming landscapes, pagodas and characters, opens with a slaughter with a rich scene presenting the emperor in front of his court. This flap opens using a hook lock in working order.
Inside, we discover a storage space made up of numerous boxes embellished with meticulously carved couture boxes and seam accessories.
The trapezoidal belt also decorated with Asian life scenes, has a sliding element revealing a sewing basket dressed in a red draped fabric with wooden background.
The whole rests on two lyre feet decorated with delicate flowers. They are connected by a crotch cross and end with particularly attractive golden claws.
We will appreciate the artistic delicacy from which this worker has benefited from the particularity of being complete.
