Vintage Design

An excellent desk in the antique Georgian style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1930-1950s.
It is of fine quality and has lovely proportions. It is one fixed piece, with a serpentine shaped front and lovely inset tooled leather top. There are beautiful brass handles and escutcheons, and stunning flame wood veneers. The back is nicely finished as well, so this can be used as a free standing piece.
We have recently had this re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent throughout for its age.
